How to stream?!
First: You need an average upload speed if you want to stream, it is about minimum 3-400 kb/s direct speed so if you have 5 MB/s upload speed on speedtest.net you have to divide it with 8 and you will get your actual speed for streaming.
Second: You need a great computer to stream with.

Third: You need a site where you stream what you want to. http://www.twitch.tv/ I prefer this one.
Fourth: You need a program to broadcast yourself with. You can use xsplit, obs. I prefer you obs because it is free not like xsplit.
What is OBS?
Open Broadcaster Software is free and open source software for recording and live streaming. Source code is available to everyone to contribute and improve. Both 32 and 64 bit versions are available and it's absolutely free!
If you want to stream i prefer to use Avermedia Live Gamer HD.
This device give you more performance. If you lose fps while streaming this device will fix it. You can stream with this 720p or 1080p without losing fps ingame.
Without this device you will lose fps your quality will be worse and if you have weaker computer then you will have fps problems ingame while streaming. That will be annoying for you and you will turn off your stream 100%. (I did the same so i prefer to buy the device.)
